Manzely is a trading name of Bold House Ltd. (also trading as BoldBrandz), a company based in Haifa, Israel. When we say "we", "us" or "Manzely" in this policy, we mean Bold House Ltd.

What we collect

Only what we need to pair you with a Manzely agent and follow up: your name, contact details, preferred language and the details you share about what you're looking for. When you submit our contact form, apply to our agent team, or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so a human can reply. We also collect standard analytics data (see our Cookie Policy) — only after you accept optional cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to pair you with a suitable Manzely agent, to review job applications from prospective agents, and to improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing you did not opt into.

Who we share it with

Your Manzely agent and, when the transaction requires it, the licensed developer for the specific project you're buying. From the point the developer engages with you, that developer's own privacy notice also applies. We may use standard service providers (email, WhatsApp Business, analytics, applicant tracking) under written data processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep information only while it is needed for the purposes described here and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to those obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to certain uses. Use the contact form to make a privacy request, and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
