What Manzely is

Manzely is a real estate sales and marketing company operated by Bold House Ltd. (trading as BoldBrandz). We market and sell homes abroad through dedicated sales agents, working alongside the developer for each project. Contracts, escrow and title registration are executed with that developer; your Manzely agent supports the process in your language.

Prices, unit specifications, payment plans, projected yields and completion dates shown on this site are illustrative summaries at a point in time. The binding version is the one your Manzely agent and the licensed developer put in writing to you.
